Baku : Full Moon and Caspian Plus A hotel with 382 rooms, 35 stories tall.
Internal space is a massive 104 thousand square meters (1.1 million square feet).
The Caspian Plus Literally across the Bay from the Moon will be the Caspian Plus, which is a cluster of buildings.
The main building is the Hotel Crescent, the arch that sits sassily on the water. It is another luxury hotel, with 221 rooms, and will stand at 32 floors. Just south of 1 million square feet, it will also have 128 services apartments. Behind the arch, also in this "Caspian Plus" cluster are four buildings, three residential and the largest office space (43 floors).
Both of these complexes were designed by Heerim Architects, a Korean company.
